8. Marketing & Newsletters

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your email address to send you seasonal updates and offers, village news and
stories, and information about upcoming stays.

We use a double opt-in process: after you subscribe, we send a confirmation email, and you must confirm before
receiving any marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any newsletter or by contacting us.

Our website currently uses only essential cookies, which are necessary for it to function and for security.
These do not require consent.

booking (e.g., ages, dietary needs, or medical conditions), we assume you have parental authority to do so.

Information about a child’s dietary or medical needs is special-category (health) data. We process it only on
the basis of your explicit consent, given at the time of booking, and solely to provide for your family’s stay
safely. We do not send marketing communications directly to children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our website, with the
effective date at the top. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (where we have your address) or by a notice on
our website.
